Training Programmes
At Affinity, we build every course from the bottom up. Based on an organisation’s aims, we identify reliable metrics and methods to measure the effectiveness and the ROI of the employee training initiatives we propose. After all, you would not want to deliver training that does not provide expected results. We ensure that trainees can demonstrate a positive impact of training through improved productivity and overall skill development. This is achieved through our post-training support scheme, where we work with trainees to embed newly acquired skills.

Bespoke Consultancy

We provide a bespoke consultancy service to governments, businesses and institutions in the public sector and academia. These consultancy services usually draw upon both our knowledge of specific fields, including education and skills, project management and analysis of impact. The process varies dependent on the project, but generally includes detailed discussion of intended project outcomes, background research, stakeholder mapping and interviews/focus groups, project or delivery model design, and support for implementation. We work with clients to bring consultancy capacity and expertise to address their capacity and capability gaps.
